warning messages during running builds on aix system via Jazz build engine(4.0.1)

Every time when I launch a build on aix system via Jazz build engine(4.0.1), I got the following warning messages:

WARNING: Status WARNING: com.ibm.team.filesystem.client code=0 Problem detected: your filesystem supports symlinks but you are missing the Eclipse native support for them null

Is something missing in the environment setting (I didn't see anything wrong with the build)? Please advise how to get rid of the warning?

Thank you for your information. I am using buildsystem toolkit 4.0.1 for aix platform and java 1.7. This article seems out of date.
