Unable to view attachment without going to web ui

When I add an attachment to the iteration plan and then drag it for view, folks are unable to openb the attachment unless they chose the option OPEN IN NEW WINDOW. It will then force them to logon to the WEB UI and then open the attachment.

If they chose OPEN it will try to open from the own harddrive. Since it is not on their harddrive there is nothing to open.

Can you please file a bug. Is this web ui or rich ui?
