Customized attribute working eclipse rtc not working in webUI

 Hi,


I have created a customized attribute "Reopen Date", when the work item state has changed to "Reopened". The attribute will automatically updated with the current date an time. The scenario is working as expected in the eclipse rtc.

Issue: Coming to the webUI it is not updating always it is "None" even it is not showing in the work item history.
Can anyone help how it is working in the webUI how it is working in the eclipse rtc.

  1. It is quite hard to reliably detect a state change in attribute customization for calculated values.
