  1. Open Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs
  2. Select RQMExcelImporter (its version is 4.0.3)
  3. Click the Remove button
  4. Delete all the log files in the log directory C:\Documents and Settings\<USER>\Application Data\Mso2Rqm
  5. reboot OS
  6. execute 4.0.4 installer (RQM-Extras-RQMExcelWordImporter-4.0.4\RQMExcelImporterSetup.exe)

There version listed in the screenshot (4.0.3.8749) does equate to the version 4.0.4 of RQM; so the installation of the tool did successfully complete.

Thank you for your respond. I understood.

It is misleading label and to be improved. :-(

Natsumi,

I agree...its both misleading and a bit confusing as well.
I'll track down the appropriate development team and see if we can get this addressed

Thank you!
