Attachments won't open from web UI in Discussions, but open
When using a Firefox client against an RTC 1.0.1 server we cannot open
attachments using the links found in the Discussion tab of the work item. They can be opened from the Links tab of the work item. Here's the link info from the Discussion section of the Overview tab: https://servername.ibm.com:9443/jazz/web/projects/servername.ibm.com/service/com.ibm.team.workitem.service.internal.rest.IAttachmentRestService/packagelog.zip?itemId=_D6RzIeeSEd2J9pB-sUcZfw From the same attachment link on the Links tab: https://servername.ibm.com:9443/jazz/service/com.ibm.team.workitem.service.internal.rest.IAttachmentRestService/repo/csid/Attachment/packagelog.zip?itemId=_D6RzIeeSEd2J9pB-sUcZfw The symptom is that first "Loading..." appears, followed by a popup: "There is no project area name 'packagelog.zip' in the repository; redirecting to project area list page." Pressing OK results in another popup: "There is no project area named 'service' in the repository; redirecting to project area list page." The name of the file attached in this example is packagelog.zip. The same discussion attachment links work OK from the Eclipse client. Thanks, Mark Ingebretson |

Patrick, our server has been rebooted and we no longer have this issue.
