RRC hovering over diagrams

We are using RRC 4.0.2 with the IE8 plugin.

If you draw a sketch and then attach a few links to some of the objects, when you hover over object in view mode it display the tooltip box and shows the links you have just setup ( it also show how many comments etc ).

When we draw a BPM diagram, the tooltip box does not show any of this information.

Anyone else seen this?

I would suggest removing the RRC plug-in from IE8, clearing the cache history, cookies, active logins, and re-booting the browser and re-installing the plug-in again. To be sure you can also delete the local folder installation which is typically found in:

C:/user/xxxxxx/IBM/RMAddOn-4.0.x.x

Sometimes there can be a installation problem and often re-installing clears a lot of problems.

Also do you have Firefox 17 ESR installed? If the problem with IE8 still persists could you try it FireFox?
