What are the steps to upgrade from CLM 4.0.2 to 4.0.3?

Hello,

I would like to upgrade from CLM 4.0.2 to 4.0.3. I have browsed the documentation and I can only find steps for upgrading from version 2 and upgrading from version 3.0.1.x or 4.0.0.x to 4.0.3.

Is there a page that describes the steps required to make this little upgrade? Is it as simple as adding the repositories to Installation Manager?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
