Why does clicking the link to my profile in the "badge awarded" banner in the jazz.net forum take me to a 404 error?

When a user receives a new badge they are presented with a banner that says:

Congratulations, you have received a badge 'abc'. Check out your profile.

"your profile" is hyperlinked to "https://jazz.net/forum/forum/users/<user id>". Notice the double "forum".

It's a bug. I opened a WI in our internal project area to fix this.

(still doesn't show you WHICH question, so a mostly useless link anyhow)

I just got a notice, and hte URL is ok for me..
