Are Team Advisor view messages written to a log?

I had a message in the Team Advisor view that has 'disappeared'. Are these messages written to a log file or to the database somewhere so I can review them?

No, problems in the Team Advisor view aren't written to the log due to
their transient nature. This is similar to the fact that we don't log
compilation errors.
