Development Line Problems
![]()
I can't seem to get a new development line I've created with associated iterations and iteration plans to show up in my RTC Team Artifacts view under my Project Area in the Plans section. I have several other development lines including iterations and iteration plans that show up just fine, but this new development line and iterations and plans will just not show up there. I can see it just fine in my Process Iterations section of the Project Area when opened, and I can see the iteration plan under my team area when opened as well, but I just can't get them to show up in the Team Artifacts view for some reason. Thanks for any help you can provide.

In order to make a plan for an iteration, I believe you need to indicate
that a release is planned for the iteration. You can do this by opening the project area editor, selecting the iteration, and choosing Edit Properties. You'll find the checkbox you need there. Each of my iterations were checked that a release was planned for this iteration. I continued to research the problem and it appears it was due to a duplicate iteration ID with another development line. Once I made the iteration ID unique it showed up.
