Configuring reverse proxy with a HTTP public URI (not HTTPS)

Leonardo Marzo (24964852) | asked Jul 31 '13, 4:57 p.m.
Hi,

We're planning to configure reverse proxy for our CLM solution (CCM and QM). Currently, the public URI of the solution is HTTP, not HTTPS.

The question is: is it possible to configure the reverse proxy when RTC has a HTTP public URI? In case it is required that the CLM solution has an HTTPS URI, changing HTTP to HTTPS is a supported scenario for renaming (CLM 4.0.2) ?

I´ll really appreciate your help.

Thanks,

Hello Leonardo,

The short answer is yes for both questions.

The reverse proxy can handle both http and https public uris.
A public uri can be renamed from http to https.
