can you please provide the contents of repotools-jts_generateURLMappings.log? This error message is too generic to know what happened.

and when I try to open

https://servername.domain.com:9443/jts/urlMappingInformation

I get the below error,

I have upgraded from Version CLM 4.0.1 to CLm 4.0.3 and its working fine...

Error 403: The user has the roles required to perform this operation, but the permission has been denied because this request might have been forged by a malicous website. To prove that this request is not part of a CSRF attack add a new HTTP header with the name 'X-Jazz-CSRF-Prevent' and use the current JSESSIONID value as the value.

Can you copy and paste the content in  "E:\IBM\JazzT
eamServer403\server\repotools-jts_generateURLMappings.log" to here? Thanks.

Error 403 seems to be normally appearing in 4.0.3 when you visit jts/urlMappingInformation.. but this does not stop me from running the gererateURLMapping command.

James Bognar helped in debugging... It was the problem with my admin properties file in server/conf... the com.ibm.team.jfs.frontside.url=

URL was blank and after updating the same to point to the actual admin URL https:\://servername.domainname.com\:9443/admin it started to work...
