in rtc eclipese client 3, my projects do now show a work items node , only reports folder

i am using eclipse client v3014.

Under each project area in the team artifacts explorer view,  I only get a reports folder node.
no work items or query nodes exist

can you please help ?  is there a setting i need to configure? 

also when i am in the work items  section on the process configuration tab ,  all of the subsections when i select them, show XML not the GUI for that section.  For example , when i choose workflows subsection,  I am getting the xml equivalent instead of seeing the screens for actions, transitions, states etc.


please help with this too>?    How do i get eclipse to show the UI's for each of these subsections , instead of xml code??

You need to check if the licenses assigned to you are valid.
If the license assigned to you has expired then this could happen.
You can check this on your own from your profile page in either the eclipse client or best is the Web UI.
