Is it possible to add OOTB fields from RTC to the Rational Data Model?
I noticed some of the standard fields in Work Items like Description aren't part of the Data Warehouse and available to be reported on. Is it possible to add them in? We have a customer who wants to add the field into a report that they share with a vendor as the vendor cannot access their Team Concert.

Hello Michael,
as long as the data you want to add to your Insight reports is exposed from the REST API it should be possible to customize the ETL process and data model to include this data. See Reportable REST API for the documentation of what can be extracted from the RTC REST API.
