Reset user roles in the project

Hi, everyone
We have a problem.
Periodically resets the roles of some users in the project.
However other users such does not occur.
Has anyone had a similar problem?

I have only seen this when the "auto-start" scripts are still pointing to an old jazz team server start up location after an upgrade. I am not sure in your case.
