How do I write Parent & Child Test Cases in RQM

Scenario :
I can execute test case 1 , only after executing Test case 1a,1b,1c.(Precondition).
Is this achievable in RQM ?

There is no such out of the box precondition.
However, you may add a condition to execute the test cases only if approved.
test case 1 can still be in draft and 1a 1b and 1c in approved state.
This way the lead has the option to approve test case 1only after he has the results from test case 1a 1b and 1c.
