RQM V4 Offline missing Requirements from Doors V9.2

Doors v9.2 RQM V4.0.0

This issue is related to running a test case offline on Rational Quality Manager.

We have selected to run a test case offline and after importing the .rqms file into excel we have noticed the following issues:

The requirements links(test conditions) which are linked from Rational DOORS are not imported into excel.

Steps which contain an alphabetical list seem to be placed after the end of the script with no step number.

For example:

a) Do this.

b) something..

c).

ANy suggestion on how this can be resolevd

 Hi David,
this is not supported, 
1. import for offline will lost the info of requirement artifacts.
2. Excel Importer doesn't support exporting requirements in DOORs.
