Insight integration with Lotus Notes

Hi,

I am trying to pull data from a Lotus Notes database into Insight 1.0.1.1.
However, it appears that some of the Notes data is being truncated to 255 chars by the time it appears in Insight.
Is this a known limitation, or is there something I need to set up somewhere?

Hi,

I suppose you're connecting Insight with Notes by ODBC. You might want to check the first-hand data by Cognos Data Manager->Tools->SQLTerm and run a query to see if the data is truncated. If so, that might be the problem of the ODBC driver.

Hi,
Thanks for your response. If I run the query from Data Manager then the data is truncated. I am using NotesSQL and I think the limitation may be in here. Can anyone confirm this or suggest any solutions?
