RRC Import into specific & multiple folders

Is there a way to mass import requirements into RRC (via CSV or any other format) while specifying the specific folder where each requirement should go?

A client is attempting to import 1400 requirements and they would like to have the organization done as part of the import.

 Hi Saurabh,

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the ReqIF import/export feature should work for you. Here is a link to the help document for RRC 4.0.1: http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0m1/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.rational.rrm.help.doc%2Ftopics%2Fr_reqif_format.html

Hope this helps,

Agree with Mike, the ReqIF feature would work best for you.

If you got for the CSV format, during the import wizard you need to specify the target folder, so that will not work the way you want it done. Unless you split your CSV files up per folder, and do you imports separately for each file, pointing it each time to the corresponding folder.
