RR Composer error when trying to create a repo connection
For an RRC v1.0 instance, the Jazz/web worked fine. However, the following error was displayed when trying to make a new connection to the repo. Any comments? Thanks.
CRRRC2220E Cannot open the repositiry "xxxx" (https://xxx:443/jazz/) Reason: CRRRC2105E The request for the URL /lazz/resources/rdm/servicedocument was denied with a Forbidden status.
FYI, this error was only observed when trying to upgrade RRC from Beta2 to v1.0 in these two scenarios:
1) install a new instance of RRC1.0 and configure RRC using existing DB2 databases, or
2) install a new instance of RRC1.0 and configure RRC using new DB2 databases, but later on the two DB2 databases were restored from the backups of the RRC Beta2 repository database.
The error was not observed for a new RRC1.0 instances with new DB2 databases.
