Can JazzAdmin modify personal dashboard of other users?

As JazzAdmin, I can check other users' personal dashboard. Only the issue is I open other user's personal dashboard and I am not able to edit their personal dashboard. I would like to know if there are any ways of changing personal dashboard of other users in case the user is away or not available.

I also checked from JTS configuration and could not find any setting in regards to this.

looks like an RFE to me. 

from my observations/experience, the permissions Dashoboards > Save Personal Dashboard (server) > Delete the personal dashboard works only for the logged in users personal dashboard....

As Admin can I hide the shared personal dashboard(shared by other user)..??
