We need a bit more details to have a chance to help you.
What do you mean by not working? do you have any error message or hang?
Which products and versions you are going to synchronize?
Which tutorials did you use to create that synchronization?

Hi, Nabanita. While someone here may be able to help, the Green Hat product is not covered in this forum. This LinkedIn group was linked from the official IBM Support page for Rational Test Workbench.
