jazz.war
I upgraded our Jazz server from 1.0 to 1.0.1 using IBM Installation Manager but the "Server Status Summary" from the Web UI still says "Server Version 1.0 (I20080618-1642)". I must be missing some step(s).
My server is Windows 2003 Server using WAS/DB2 and I used these steps:
My server is Windows 2003 Server using WAS/DB2 and I used these steps:
- 1) stop and uninstalled jazz.war in WAS
2) removed jazz.war from file system
3) stop WAS
4) upgraded Jazz (1.0 -> 1.0.1) using IBM Installation Manager
5) started WAS
6) installed new jazz.war and configured LDAP groups mapping)

8) logged into web ui (as admin) and checked Server->Status Summary

Hi Erik,

I think you've forgotten one step. Before you started the upgrade, you
should have requested a "server reset" by visiting the URL:
https://<hostname>:9443/jazz/admin?internal#action=com.ibm.team.repository.admin.serverReset
and clicking "Request Server Reset"
At this point (after completing the other steps in the upgrade),
clicking that button and then restarting the Jazz application should
still work.
You can find the upgrade process in our docs, under:
Installing and upgrading -> Installing Rational Team Concert ->
Upgrading to Rational Team Concert 1.0.1

Oh...you're absolutely right. I had been looking at the docs included

I was using the doc @ https://jazz.net/jazzdocs/index.jsp and didn't
see any mention of "Request Server Reset". Are you
referring to different doc?
