RRDI Report of all project progress?

I have mass of project area, and want to show the whole project progress like in project plan.

I choose RRDI, and any one know could I creat the same progress graph with RRDI cross project areas?

As of now in RQM Cogonos reports , they are filtered by the 'project area' report parameter and we do not have any cross project area report,

As Andal points out, most out of the box reports filter by project area. You could, however, write a custom report that does not filter by project area. In query studio you could write a simple query that only returns the Project Name and Request ID to illustrate this.
