Can't use BIRT in a RTC3.0 instance.

I am using BIRT with RTC3.0(https://ratsuiteapaao1.cn.ibm.com:9445/ccm/) now.  Data couldn't be found in below tables(STATE ,TYPE, PRIORITY, WORKITEM_STATES) , it showed "the info no available".

Since I have upgraded our server build, I'm not sure whether this problem caused by upgrading.  Is it because missing something during the upgrading?

I'm successful to use BIRT in RTC2.0 instance and other RTC 3.0 instances.  So the version of BIRT and RTC client are OK.

There might be something with your datawarehouse. Could you go to /ccm/admin and see your datawarehouse jobs status? Are they running?

Thanks Krzystof. You are correct. After checking, the etl jobs were failing. Thus, After triggering all jobs. Everything is ok!
