 Is this possible in RTC?

I work for a different team(build work) which got separate RTC server. But I have to report my work items in my team which keeps its work on different RTC server. Now,  is it possible to show work items from one RTC server onto another one? Is there any alternative solution?

I want to report my work in my team owned RTC server.

It's possible to add a 'Work item query' widget to show work items from one RTC server on another RTC server if the communication between the servers is established. The link below provides details about setting up cross-server communication between servers.
