How to change the create WI type in plan links of requirement collection in CLM 402?

I have CLM 402 and create requirement collection in RRC, create plan in RTC.
Then I add requirement collection links in RTC plan links tab. The link can be expanded to show the requirements in the links tab. And in the first column of every requirement, there is a icon to create WI. But the default new WI type is Business Need(I use traditional project template), and no place to change it. Can I change the work type here?

Hi,
You can update the defaults by completing the following steps:
  1. Open your rtc project area in ccm/admin
  2. Select Work Items
  3. Select Change Management Type Binding
  4. Change the link type next to Implementation Request
