performance

RTC run processes that take long time and stuck the system.
Load process takes an hour !
some of the processes:
refreshing workspace, initializing java tooling,
updating out of sync shares, refreshing ignore changes,
updating changes, processing updates.

I started to check the transformation rate between the servers (jts and the DB).
I'm using RTC 3.0.1, Oracle 11g R2, dual tier, 3 schemas (jts, ccm,dw) on one DB, sandbox on NetApp.

What can cause bad performance?

Thanks,
Yehiel
