install RTC4.0.2 eclipse client error

   When  I install the RTC4.0.2 eclipse client, this error was appeared:

Hi Chen, What is your operating system you are using? It is possible that you had any issue with downloading or extracting the tool. Could you download it again from https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0.2/RTC-Client-Win-4.0.2.zip ?

I using window XP system ,but the tool that I downloaded was install succeed  in other compute.
