work item viewlet does not show all columns
Hello,
I want to dispaly the results of a work item query as a viewlet on the project page. It does show the work item id , the icon and the summary. But it does not show the other columns I defined as result for the query.
Any idea?
Also I wouldliek to show them sorted by 'planned for'. How can I do that?

There is typically not enough space in a viewlet to show all the
configured columns. But feel free to file an enhacement request for this.

You can define the sort order in the query itself, analogous to the
columns layout.

I defined also some queries with showed the results using viewlets, but I wasn't able to decide on the order the results' labels appear in the viewlet (regardless the sort column I set in the original query). Apparently, the order labels appear is not configurable, and it depends on the type of chart and the parameters selected (see http://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=8617)

As you saw in the other forum thread you posted, sorting is not supported in the work item statistics viewlet. Feel free to file an enhancement request if you think this should be added.
As Patrick indicated, if you use the regular work items viewlet, it will honour the sort order specified in the query, but currently there is no way to display additional fields in the viewlet.

Patrick,
You stated to sort the query for ordering the statistics viewlet:
But what when you want to ort on a custom attribute? How can i add this column in the "available sort columns". I guess it's a manual thing to add in the Process Configuration Source, but I have no clue where to start.
Thanks,
Steve

Sorting by custom attributes is currently not supported, but planned for 3.0
