Hi Vijay, There are a lot of differences between those releases. In addition to many defect fixes, there are also many new implemented features and introduction of support for different hardware\software platforms.
A good place to get started is by reviewing the system requirements and what's new pages for each release.

Since fixpacks are no longer being delivered to some of the older releases it would be advisable to deploy a newer version of the tools to ensure your business needs can best be met.
