RTC work item link types

Does anyone know where the RTC work item link types are documented?  I could only find the Requirements Composer link types in the search results of the Online help.

I'm looking for the following link types (see attached).

The RTC Work Item vocabulary will give you some hints. To add a little extra, you might be in interested in looking into the associations as well which are relationships between different artifacts.

I search also a documentation for the link types in RTC. Is there nowhere a documentation, which describes exactly for what you use which link type?
