List of work items between two stream baselines/snapshots in Rational Insight data warehouse

I would like to get a list of work items between two stream baselines/snapshots and put that in the Rational Insight data warehouse.   I do not see any way to do that through the XML ODBC interface or by accessing the tables directly in the RTC live database.  Is there a way to get this information?
