Downloading RTC files with non-javascript browser

Hello.

I'm trying to download RTC (Server Linux) on a browser that doesn't support javascript (w3m, from the server's command line), without any success.

I just can't pass the EULA page.

Is there any location to download the files from, using any browser (possibly even an FTP location)? I promise I agree to the EULA.
