Developing on it all day, everyday since it has been released and have not
experienced any noticeable slowdown.

What exactly is slow?

Darins,

"Refreshing changes" is the thing I notice the most. Sometimes it
seems slow, and I've been having problems with it hanging and throwing
random exceptions. Creating a work item query will sometimes hang for
a bit when the dialog first appears, then it will start responding.
Saving a work item seems kinda slow at times as well. When I've
checked, I've not seen any significant load on our jazz server or our
DB2 server.
