Unable to create lifecycle project

I am trying to create a new lifecycle project in Rational CLM v4.0.1 and while it shows the 'Loading' bar nothing is happening and after a while the screen refreshes back to the LC project admin UI. I am able to create a CCM project - tried this as a test. Checked security and I have all the right roles/permissions/cals set up.

In which step does this happen? Are there any errors reported in the server logs? Did you try a different Browser? Did you check the diagnostics and the registered applications?

It was happening after I selected the template and clicked on create lifecycle project. Found out the reason for this was on account of server rename I had just done to switch the public urls....working with IBM support to resolve the issue.

Not sure if it was entirely related but the fix for this was first to list an NTP server and then ensuring the system clock was not off by more than what was within the allowed limits. I was able to create the lifecycle projects soon after the diagnostics for system clock executed succesfully.
