In Express for 1.0.1:

1. A (feature-limited) dashboard is available.
2. Within the dashboard, you can use the trend reports. (This is a fixed
set of reports viewable only within the context of the dashboard)
3. There is no Reports node in the Team Artifacts view in the rich
client, as such there is no Reports functionality at all in the rich client.
4. There is no Reports page in the Web UI. Therefore the only Reports
functionality in the Web UI is in the dashboard.
5. You can't drill in from the dashboard trend report viewlet to a
full-sized report.
