Auto adding a verification when a new work item is created

Hi,

I want to be able to configure Jazz so that when I create a work item of a certain type (e.g. a bug) it automatically has a verification added and set up so that the person who opened it has to verify that it is fixed before it is resolved. (i.e. they log it, we work it and fix it, put it in the "completed" status, then they verify it is really fixed and close it)

Is this possible?
