Error in accessing CCM on RTC server restart
On restarting RTC server, I am unable to find /ccm under /jts/admin [ Application Administrator --> Manage Applications]. This was a sudden behavior on the server. Any suggestions on how to get back /ccm ?

Hi Sudeshna,
If your apps are deployed on WAS, You can check the status in WAS Console -> under the apps section. May be ccm is not up.
Any errors in start-up can be found inside WAS Logs (Start Server.log)

Is there any error in the tomcat cmd-console? You can also look for logs inside the jazzinstalldir. There should be some path like server/tomcat/logs.
