What determines the list of streams shown for a project in the Team Artifacts view? Only a subset of my streams are listed and these are a subset of the streams owned by teams I belong to.

When creating a stream and choosing a team to own it, only a subset of the teams are shown. What determines the list?

The VS client release plan lists support for team invites. I don't see this in the beta, is that still in plan?

Will creation of snapshots be supported?
