Should be done easily by searching for *.rptdesign files with "search in archives" option (for example using file manager utility). Also keep in mind widgets are based on templates with "Micro" in its name.

Hi Vladimir
I finally found them on my client PC where I've installed the Eclipse client via IM under
C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\IMShared\plugins\com.ibm.team.examples.reports.common_3.1.200.v20121020_1351

I expected to find them somewhere on the server ...

Yes, it's important thing to mention. It's installed with Eclipse client in order to deply OOTB templates in project areas.

Micro in name or in ID as well ?  Would intended Micro widgets work if they have same ID as their counterpart ?

Vladimir Amelin commented Mar 14 '13, 2:44 a.m.

Yep. It's recommended as good practice:

Rename file by prefixing Micro to the file name. e.g. Execution Status by Owner using Weight.rptdesign ---> Micro Execution Status by Owner using Weight.rptdesign
