I did the same and it is working here. Did you go to Window>Preferences>Capabilities
and open Team in advanced and checked Team Concert?
You should also find hints about Jazz/RTC in the Help>Welcome page.

If you don't see that or don't have the choice to enable the Team Concert
SCM capability you might have failed to install RTC 1.0.1 properly. I used
the Installation manager and selected the existing location and it worked
for me.

Hello,

I have installed RTC 1.0.1 over RSA 7.5.
But in the integrated client, I dont see any Jazz Server
perspectives/views
available. I just see Team SCM plugins and RSA features.
I first installed RSA and then installed RTC over it.

Am I missing any step?

I have all std licenses.
