I am using  RTC 4.0.1 and found that Enumeration Radio group presentation displays literal id instead of label for Archived values (Web UI).

steps I used:
- create a custom enumeration with a couple of values
- create a work item with a value for this enum - say value1
- archive the value value1
- reopen the work item
- Eclipse Client: OK - value1 is displayed
- WebUI: not OK - it shows value's literal - something like enum2.literal.l1

Is this a defect?

no - this issue has been addressed as an enhancement Archive an enum value (243687)
which will be fixed in RTC 4.0.3
