RRDI how do i convert Days in State to minutes.

Hi,

  I  am preparing report for which  I need to show the  elapsed time in minutes for each state it has been. There is an option in Request state history--> Days in state which shows the elapsed time in days..  But if the state changes on same days it will show the value zero in report.  

 Is there any way to get the elapsed time in minutes instead of days.
