Is there a Command Line Adapter for Jazz 4.0.1? 

If so, where do I download it and if there is documentation for CLA, I need to download that also.

Go to Downloads -> Rational Quality Manager -> RQM 4.0.1 -> All Downloads  tab (Under Extra's)
