I created a Project Area with Agile Process. Then I added a new field
in Agile Process template file, but the new field does not show up.
Do I need any additional procedure to make the changes happen?

Yes, that's what I thought how it works, but that's really not
convenient. That being said, if I have any new changes after I
creating the project area, everything needs to be created from the
beginning - that's terrible! Anyway Thanks for your replying. :)

Think of the template as a cookie-cutter and project area as
cookies.
The shape of the cookie cutter determines the shape of the cookie
initially, but changing the cookie cutter's shape after the fact
doesn't
affect any of the cookies you've already made.
