Hi Tanmay
What is the error that you see when you try to uninstall any package from IM ?
Did you get a chance to see what got documented within IM logs ?

Are you logged on as the same user that originally installed the applications?
If not you may try logging on as the original user.
I found a few hits on google by searching "no metadata found for installed IU"
Most seemed to point to a problem with the Agent Data stored here:
Administrator install:
C:\ProgramData\IBM\Installation Manager
Non-admin install
C:\Users\ user \AppData\Roaming\IBM\Installation Manager
But you really don't want to remove this directory unless absolutely necessary because that will reset IM so that it shows that no programs have been installed. It won't affect the programs you just will not be able to remove them using IM in the future.
You could try reinstalling IM without an uninstall by running the following from the IM download.
If you installed IM via one of the products you may need to download the full IM install.
It can be found here http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24033458 (for IM 1.6)
If running as an administrator also run the command prompt as administrator to avoid any issues
Otherwise you may want to open a PMR.
If not you may try logging on as the original user.

If you are not able to uninstall any program with installation manager, there is nothing to worry about,
i have also passed from same situation and i have got a useful and effective uninstall software which can easily uninstall any program. you also must try this and reply to me, whether it works in your case.

JAZZ DEVELOPER Jan 24 '13, 6:48 a.m.What OS are you on?
Did 1.6 ever work or did the problem start after upgrading to 1.6?
Please check the logs for more information.
From the file menu choose "View Log"
Click through the logs on the left to see if any give some additional information.
