We have put together a document outlining the various components of IBM Rational Insight/Rational Reporting for Development Intelligence (RRDI) and what data can be collected to begin troubleshooting various problems.  The document is meant to serve as a starting point for anyone trying to troubleshoot a problem with any part of the application.
