RTC/RTCZ evaluation - requirements list, pre-defined use cases and success criteria

Hello.
Does someone on this community has a list of requirements and use cases already used on evaluating a solution like RTC on Windows, Unix and also System/z?
I would like to reuse some existing use cases and their related success criteria when it come to evaluate change and configuration functionalities around RTC.
Can you please share some pre-defined scenarios? It would assist me on having a shorter time for creating such a document.
