RTC 4.0.1 Not getting email notification for work items

The mail server is set properly with the jts/setup. The invitation emails can be successfully sent out to added team members from ccm/admin. However, when new work items are created, the "creator" does not get any email even after the 10 min interval (default one). The email configuration for the user has default setting and thus the user should get emails?

Is there any special setting I missed? Is it something that by default, the one who opened the work item won't get email not matter if the work item owner is the same person or different? If so, how could I change this behavior?

I don't think you can get an email on create for anyone.
RTC is pretty good at detecting if YOU are the source of the change, and will not send YOU an email.

You know what? I selected all in the mail configuration and I can now get emails for work items opened by myself.
